A stainless steel heating element brings water to the right temperature and holds it through the entire brew.

30-second pre-soak.
One button mimics what a pour-over barista does by hand — pulls the sweet notes out of dark roasts.

Borosilicate carafe.

FAQs
Is it really 100% plastic-free inside?
Yes. Every part water touches is stainless steel 304 or borosilicate glass, and the machine's only seal is FDA Class VI medical-grade silicone. No plastic housings, tubes, or reservoirs anywhere.
Does brewing without plastic actually make better coffee?
Hot plastic lends a flavor to your brew over time — steel and glass never do. Add a steady 200°F brew temperature and a 30-second bloom, and you taste the coffee, not the machine.
When does it ship?
First units are planned for Spring 2027, and presales will open in December.
How do I clean it?
One button. The Clean cycle descales and rinses the machine — and the carafe and grounds container are dishwasher safe.
What does the warranty cover?
Three years, included. Steel and lab glass don't yellow, warp, or wear out the way plastic parts do — the warranty is there for peace of mind, not because we expect you to need it.
