Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5 — and free on any order of two or more cans. Express is $12 if you're in a hurry. Same deal on subscriptions.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. We're not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or internationally just yet.
How long does shipping take?
Your order leaves our roaster in Temecula, California within 1–2 business days, then transit depends on the option you pick at checkout — you'll see delivery estimates there before you pay.
Can I return my coffee?
Coffee is perishable, so all coffee sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email support@trevara.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo — we'll replace it, no need to ship anything back.
My order says delivered but it isn't here.
Give it 3 business days — carriers sometimes scan early. Still nothing? Email us within 14 days and we'll chase it down with the carrier and reship or refund where it's on us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@trevara.co as soon as possible with your order number. We pack fast — usually within one business day — so we can't promise a change once it's in fulfillment, but we'll do our best.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Pick your roast and grind, choose a delivery every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks, and save 20% on every order. No fees, no minimum commitment — cancel whenever you like.
How do I skip, pause, or cancel?
Log in to your account and hit Skip, Pause, or Cancel — done in a couple of taps. Or just email support@trevara.co and we'll handle it within a business day. Just do it at least a day before your next order date — after that, your coffee's already being packed, so the change kicks in on the following delivery.
Can I change my roast, grind, or quantity?
Anytime, from the same account page — swap roast or grind, adjust how many cans, change your address or payment method, all without starting over.
Coffee and Quality
Where is your coffee sourced from?
One origin: the Amazonas region of Peru. Specialty-grade beans, roasted in small batches and sealed in a metal can — never plastic.
What do you test for, and who tests it?
Every roasted batch goes to SGS, an independent accredited lab, and gets tested for microplastics, mold, heavy metals, and mycotoxins. The QR code on your can opens the report for the exact batch in your hand.
What does “plastic-free” actually mean?
No plastic touches the coffee at any point we control — from the roaster to the sealed metal can that lands on your doorstep.
How much coffee is in a can?
10 oz per can, whole bean or ground — roughly 15–20 cups depending on how strong you brew.
The Coffee Maker
When does the coffee maker ship?
Spring 2027, with presales opening in December. Join the waitlist to be first in line — it's updates only, no charge and no commitment.
Is it really 100% plastic-free inside?
Yes. Every part water touches is stainless steel or borosilicate glass, and the machine's only seal is FDA Class VI medical-grade silicone.
